Moveable Peace Labor Day Weekend Events
TheMichigan Movable Peace labor-day activities begin with discussions at the Cheboygan State Park pavilion and conclude with the Mackinac labor-day bridge walk.  These discussions are open to all at no cost and campsites are available for a suggested donation of $10.  For directions to the Cheboygan State Park and campsite registration go to www.moveablepeace.org/mackinac-bridge-gathering.
Saturday, Sept.  3rd, Pavilion, Cheboygan State Park
3- 5 pm.    Energy for Peace. How energy and environmental awareness leads directly to a
healthier society.
7-9 pm.     Songs and skits around the campfire.
Sunday, Sept. 4th, Pavilion, Cheboygan State Park
9:30-10 am  Sunrise Service 
10 -12 am Citizen Action for Peace and Justice.  Building healthy communities through noviolent citizen actions.
3-5 pm     The Attack on Government and the Common Good in Michigan
7-9 pm.   
Songs, Skits and discussion around the
campfire.

1-2 pm    Movable Peace reflections. (Pavilion at the Cheboygan State Park)
Michigan Movable Peace participants are invited to review  the 2011 Movable Peace project and plan future
directions.

Monday September 5th
 10-12 am Mackinac Bridge Walk.
Join the Movable Peace Walk across the Mackinaw Bridge.
To arrive at the north side of the bridge, it is suggested that participants arrive in Mackinaw city by 7:00 am.
